Casa Notten – A slice of paradise
A very nice, quiet place we can recommand is ‘Casa Notten‘ in the beautiful village of Castelfranco di Sopra, situated halfway between Arezzo and Florence, along the “Via dei Sette Ponti“.
From the estate you can see the Balze of Castelfranco Piandiscò. Discover more about the Balze of the Valdarno, which was a result of the draining of the Pliocene lake that covered the entire area millions of years ago. Source: www.lamiabellatoscana.it
The landscape is so beautifull and spectacular that it inspired Leonardo Da Vinci more than 500 years ago (www.italymagazine.com)
We were lucky to spend our hollidays in tuscany twice (2011 & 2018) in ‘Casa Notten’, which is a wonderfull place to stay.
