Sheepskin and Norwegian Brown Cheese

On the road, we found a woman running a shop and selling brown cheese, or brunost (‘whey cheese' with a distinctive caramel flavour) and real sheepskins.

Thanks to our Norwegian friend and guide, we understand how the brown cheese was produced.

A walk to explore the area and a visit to the village museum in Tuddal, Tuddal Bygdetun. The various buildings have been placed with the intention of preserving this old style of buildings and showing them to the public.

The museum was not really open, but we could still view all the buildings on the outside and received clear explanations from our friend and guide Erwin.
